Back in June, rumors began swirling about the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, with leaked renders showcasing its design, dimensions, and a generous 6.44-inch display.
Now, the device has made its debut on Geekbench, shedding light on its chipset and one of its memory configurations. The device, bearing the model number SM-A256B and presumed to be the global variant of the Galaxy A25 5G, recently appeared in a Geekbench listing. According to the listing, this smartphone is powered by an Exynos 1280 SoC, boasting 8GB of RAM and running on Android 14. Notably, the Exynos 1280 chipset isn't exactly a newcomer to the scene, having been introduced over a year ago and previously featured in several other Samsung handsets.
